Moving to Seattle is a great choice, but at first can be quite overwhelming! The job market here is strong and there is still opportunity for growth in both employment as well as housing. Housing has softened in recent months, but we are still hugely underpriced for the West Coast and there is a lot of room for upward appreciation and good investments.
